Any other details? Every day during the summer this place sees traffic. It’s best to get there early, like 9am before it gets too crowded.
Unfortunately there are a lot of people who drink and smoke here and many of them seem to be underage. Yes, I realize I sound like an old lady when I say this, but please tell me WHAT it is about being in such a beautiful place that makes people want to smoke and drink? Take it to the house! I guess they can’t if they are underage. I digress…
Wear water shoes! While this place stays pretty picked up, there is some stray glass and you could easily cut your foot.
People bring their dogs and their dogs will shake the water off of their fur and it will get all over you whether you like it or not. Ask me how I know.
Consider bringing a bag to take out your trash and someone else’s. There’s always a stray pair of socks, cigarette butts, and bottle tops. Why does no one seem to think cigarette butts are litter?
